You decide, then you do the job
Nothing is locked in without you. You approve the gig, message the poster directly, show up, and do the work yourself — your twin can't swing a hammer or walk a dog.

Declare your credentials
Got a driver's licence, a Blue Card, a trade ticket, or insurance? Tick it and add the number. There's no upload — posters see exactly what you entered, and they'll ask to see the real thing.

This is the part most apps quietly take a bite out of. Aura doesn't. You get paid directly, and the only thing Aura charges is a small in-app token fee per action.

Accepting a gig costs a flat 10 AURA during the pilot — a small in-app token charge, the same whether the job is $40 or $400. It is not a percentage of what you earn.
Your pay is 100% yours
Whatever you and the poster agree on is what you keep. Aura doesn't skim it, hold it, or wait to release it — because Aura never touches it in the first place.
Paid the way you both like
Cash on the day, a PayID transfer, a bank deposit — that's between you and the poster. Aura is the matchmaker, not the bank.
A flat fee looks like this
You agree on a $200 job. You spend a flat 10 AURA to accept it. The poster pays you the full $200 directly.
On a $40 job? Same flat 10 AURA. The fee doesn't grow with your pay.
What a 15% commission would have cost you
On the same $200 job, a percentage platform would skim $30. Aura doesn't take a percentage of your pay — during the pilot it's the flat token fee, full stop.
The fine print, said plainly: Aura is a matching layer, not a payment service. You pay — or get paid — directly (cash, PayID, bank transfer). Aura never touches gig money. AURA is an in-app utility token with no cash-redemption value. During the pilot, accepting a gig is a flat 10 AURA; after the pilot this may change, and you'll be reminded before each charge with 14 days' notice of any change.
